Covering a wide range of topics such as nutrition, training schedules, and female physiology, we hope to bring you informative but accessible articles that fulfil your interest of sports science.
The Pace is an organisation purely made to research and share some of our favourite and most interesting topics. Alongside our studies, we want to use this platform to help us gain a greater understanding of the physiology behind endurance sport, whilst also developing our writing. We are very open to comments or suggestions about our content, as this will be a learning experience for the both of us.
